ZMB (Schweiz) AG – A Company of the GAZPROM Germania Group

ZMB (Schweiz) AG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of German-based GAZPROM Germania GmbH.

The company was established on 14 May 2003 pursuant to the provisions of Swiss law and has been operating as a natural gas trading company within the GAZPROM Group since 2004.

Central Asia is the core market of ZMB (Schweiz) AG for the purchase of natural gas. High quantities are partly purchased from the GAZPROM Germania Group’s own production sites in Uzbekistan.

With approx. 91.6 TWh of consolidated total gas sales in 2008, the company contributed to a very positive Group result.
